Pilates Classes

Private Pilates & Coaching Sessions

If you want to take responsibility for your own wellbeing private sessions are a great start. This is especially true if you are recovering from injury, have low back pain, lack confidence, are pregnant or simply desire bespoke, private sessions. Personally tailored one to ones can highlight ways that you can make changes to your current lifestyle to encourage quicker, long lasting results. They are also ideal if you want to address behavioural patterns surrounding chronic pain and/or stress.

Core Coaching Business

Workshops are perfect if you are a small group (or a company) and want to cover a topic/s. These can be movement related, behavioural or both. They are tailored to suit your group needs and can be a one off event or spread out over a number of sessions. Workshops work particularly well as part of a wellness theme at work. They offer the opportunity to empower your employees with knowledge and understanding, motivating them to better health and lifestyle choices, and improving relationships at work. The workshops are typically interactive, friendly and informal. Popular themes are how to deal with stress, difficult colleagues/clients, changing habits and how to get more movement into a working day.


Cecilie is an excellent pilates teacher. She explains the exercises very clearly and is attentive and supportive to every member of the class according to individual abilities and needs. What I most enjoy about Cecilie’s classes is the variety of exercises - no endless repetitions so no time to get bored or disheartened! Regardless of how I felt at the beginning, I always feel like a new woman!
