Pilates & Movement Classes

Humans need movement to thrive. Don't let exercise become a punishment for what you ate rather than a celebration of what your body can do. In my classes I combine Pilates and natural movements (movements that are natural and essential for humans to live optimally) to give you a movement experience that is challenging and fun and will set you up for your everyday life and tasks, feeling strong and mobile. The classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, just bring along the body you've got and know that doing something is better than doing nothing.

Health & Wellness Coaching

We all have areas in our lives that we wish were different. The difference between thinking about how things could be and actually living it, is taking action! Seeing a health coach gives you the opportunity to take a step back and evaluate how your life is really working out for you. A health coach is your own private cheerleader, someone who can challenge, support and guide you so that you can achieve the goals that really matter to you. Your body and mind are not two separate units, and when you want to address behaviour change you have to look at everything that's going on in your life. Your goal might be lose weight but if you don't address the stress and lack of sleep in your life, your results might be short lived.

Wellness at Work

Wellness as work is a bit of a buzz word at the moment. Companies know that they should invest in their employees' health and wellness, not only because it makes sense financially but because they have a moral obligation. Offering workshops that tackle common health problems such as lack of sleep, stress, not enough exercise and poor nutrition can help empower your employees with knowledge and understanding, inspiring better health and lifestyle choices which can lead to better productivity and less sick days. Behaviour change is key to making habits stick and an important part of any workshop. The workshops are typically interactive, friendly and informal.


When I was 14 I was experiencing rather overwhelming anxiety and depression which governed my entire life to the point I was scared to do everyday tasks or even step foot in school, I hadn’t gone a day without an anxiety attack in months. I started coming to weekly ‘life coaching’ sessions with Cecilie, at first it was rather daunting but I soon felt very comfortable to open up and get to the root of my problems and stress. Cecilie gave me invaluable tricks that I still use to this day to help me relax and feel confident in myself such as self-hypnosis and breathing techniques, we also worked on setting small goals so that the anxiety felt more manageable, one thing I liked most about our sessions was the fact Cecilie knew exactly the right questions to ask and I felt like she was really invested in helping me reach my full potential and becoming happy from within.Cecilie never just focused on one aspect of my life, the anxiety never defined who I was and we spoke about my relationships, grades, aspirations and hobbies. It was never about just fixing one aspect, it was about developing who I was as a whole.Slowly but surely our weekly sessions became monthly and so forth, by the age of 18 I was only seeing her at the start/end of every school term just to check in on my progress.I am now 20 and achieving things I would never have dreamt of when I started these sessions, I passed my exams and got into the university of my dreams, I debated in front of crowds and took part in a national negotiation competition and even gained a Diploma in musical theatre!If I ever feel down I think back to the coping mechanisms she helped me used and it is now something that I can manage myself.

Cecilie is an excellent pilates teacher. She explains the exercises very clearly and is attentive and supportive to every member of the class according to individual abilities and needs.
